Lately it seems my life has been one big rollercoaster ride. Up, then down. Up, then down. Nothing was going my way; I was constantly looking to place the blame on other people for the predicaments I was responsibe for putting my own self in. I look up quotes on a regular basis and when I found this Audrey Hepburn quote, it opened my eyes to a lot of things. You are responsible for your own life, regardless of your age, weight, height, predicament, etc. No matter what is going on, YOU and you alone have the power to change things. Dwelling on the negative in life not only puts added stress on you, it makes things worse. It is proven that it takes more muscles to frown than to just slap a smile on your face and make a difference in the world around you. The things that I was stressing about last week are now just memories in my rearview mirror. God put your eyes in the front of your face so you always continue to look forward! Be happy...
